I work with men and women in their 50s and 60s who want to stay mentally sharp, physically strong and confidently in control of their health now - and for the future.
Midlife is a turning point. Your body needs different support. What once worked no longer works quite the same way. And many begin to wonder whether decline is inevitable.
I believe it isn’t.
Because how you age - physically and mentally - isn’t random. It’s influenced every day by how you live.

Thanks to Allison’s guidance, I am now taking in information when I read, I am learning to play and I am starting to heal from years of chronic stress. Importantly, I have a whole new respect for my brain. It has felt like receiving a wonderful gift. I will always be grateful for the pathway I am now on towards restoration.
I have found myself being less anxious and more optimistic and I think some of that is down to being more active, looking after my sleep hygiene and eating more brain nourishing foods.
I have always been aware of how important mental wellbeing is is but it's really helped me to understand why we need to do things like reduce our sugar intake to help our brain and overall health. I find it so interesting and helpful to know more about the why we need to do things.
Before, I thought that there was not much you could do to protect your brain from conditions like Alzheimers or that it would require big lifestyle changes. This program has helped me to see the importance of taking little steps that have a big impact.
The [Sharp Minds] programme is packed with helpful knowledge and insights into brain health and Allison delivers it in a very calm & respectful way. There are regular opportunities to discuss what has been learned and what changes (however small) can be made. It is also full of practical tips & I have enjoyed using the recipes. It is great to have access to the material so that I can go back over the wealth of information. I have been inspired to make some small changes but also to undertake a bigger challenge of the Sugar Fast!
