When you join, you’ll receive an email with a link to join the private WhatsApp group so you can connect with your lovely fellow community members. Come and say hi and and share what you’re excited about - we can’t wait to meet you!

On the following day you'll receive an email with the credentials to log into the learning platform. This is where you'll have access to the short courses on brain health and there are two foundation courses waiting for you, so you can get started straight away!

What can I expect in a live call?

Will I have to go on a specific diet?

We will definitely encourage you to eat in a way that nourishes your brain and supports your brain type, but we do not prescribe to any particular diet. We believe that there is no one set way to approach our diet because we are all unique.

If you have any dietary restrictions and preferences, just let us know.

I find it really hard to change habits - what if I can't keep up?

We understand that changing habits can be challenging. Sharp Minds is therefore designed to support you at your own pace.

Here's how we'll help you overcome this:
