I can't do a total sugar fast for health reasons. Is there an alternative?
Absolutely! The ultimate aim of the Sugar Fast challenge is to help you become more sugar aware.
You can therefore still achieve this by doing a partial fast and sticking within the World Health Organisation guidelines of having no more than 25g of added sugar a day. The average Brit consumes up to 100g a day, so this can still be a challenge! During the 40 days you will learn everything you need to help you stay on track. It would be great to have you join us!
