When you sign up, you’ll receive two intial emails: one today with a link to join the private WhatsApp group and the second tomorrow with credentials to log into the learning platform. If you don’t receive these emails, check your spam and junk folders, and be sure to move our messages to your inbox. Once logged into the course platform, there are two foundation courses waiting for you, so you can get started straight away.

Will I have to go on a specific diet?

We will definitely encourage you to eat in a way that nourishes your brain and supports your brain type, but we do not prescribe to any particular diet. We believe that there is no one set way to approach our diet because we are all unique.

If you have any dietary restrictions and preferences, just let us know.

I find it really hard to change habits - what if I can't keep up?

We understand that changing habits can be challenging. The Sharp Minds community is therefore designed to support you at your own pace.
