You’ll have access to coaching videos, checklists, assessments, recipes and practical guides to make improving the health of your brain as easy as 1-2-3, without getting overwhelmed!

We're going to cover foundational health topics such as:

How much time will I need to commit?

This is more than just a programme - it's an investment in YOU, your relationships, your family, and your work so will be worth every bit of investment you make!

The programme is thoughtfully divided into two manageable blocks of 6 weeks each, with a one-week break in between. This structure is designed to help you absorb and apply the knowledge at a comfortable pace.

Each module requires about 90 minutes of your time each week. Here's how it breaks down:

  • Spend about 60 minutes engaging with the content, completing assessments, reflecting on what you've learned, and most importantly, making a commitment to yourself to take action. This is your time to grow and transform.

  • The remaining 30 minutes are for our group meetings. This is a safe space for you to ask questions, learn from others, and find inspiration. It's a wonderful opportunity to connect and grow together.

Remember, every minute you invest in this program is a step towards a better you!

How many others will be in the group with me?

We intentionally keep the groups small so that you can get to know each other and feel comfortable sharing your experiences. With smaller groups of around 10 participants, we can ensure that everyone receives wholehearted support and attention throughout the programme.

What can I expect in a group coaching session?

In our group coaching sessions, you can expect a supportive and empowering environment where we work together to help you achieve your goals. We'll be there to support you every step of the way, providing guidance and encouragement!

Through coaching, we'll help you develop an empowered state of mind, enabling you to overcome challenges so that you can experience the improved mood, memory and mental sharpness you desire.

Our sessions are designed to inspire and motivate you, ensuring that you stay on track throughout your journey!

Will I have to go on a specific diet?

We will definitely encourage you to eat in a way that nourishes your brain and supports your brain type, but we do not prescribe to any particular diet. We believe that there is no one set way to approach our diet because we are all unique.
